Science College Students Attend Leadership Camp

Bandar Seri Begawan - The Paduka Seri Begawan Sultan Science College launched its second `Student Leadership Camp' at the school's auditorium on Friday morning.

The event started off with a briefing on the activities of the camp, which will be held for three days and two nights at the school's premises.

The Student Leadership Camp is a follow-up to a similar event held last year in June, which was coordinated by a special committee chaired by the principal of the college.

The camp was made possible through the cooperation of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces, Counselling Unit and Career Guidance Unit, Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Culture, Youth & Sports.

The camp was attended by some 134 students comprising Secondary 3 students, student counsel members and peer guidance members.

Among the activities carried out during the camp were team building, sports, cultural presentations, on site activities and recreational activities. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
