Over 1, 800 Join STPRI’s 4th Jogathon

Bandar Seri Begawan - More than 1,800 students of Raja Isteri Secondary School (STPRI) took part in the school's 4th Jogathon yesterday morning.

Comprising of Secondary l to Upper 6 Form students from the four sport houses - Jade,

Amber, Ruby and Sapphire-the jogathon kick started from the school's parking lot.

The students jogged past Padang Ong Sum Ping, Mabohai fuel pump station, SMJA Secondary School, before making their way back to the starting point.

According to a teacher, the event was aimed at encouraging students to take part in healthy activities outside the classroom environment.

The jogathon ended with the presentation of prizes by Cikgu Hjh Gambar binti Hj Gapar, the school principal. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
