Hjh Imas Yulli received the best attendance award while Beatrice Pelen won the most productive trainer award, which is based on the number of hours put into training another associate.

Present at the reception were Datin Hajah Zainah Bujang, the General Manager of the hotel, and members of the Executive Committee.

The Executive Housekeeper, Sumantri Endang, was the host for the ceremony.

The most active trainee award was won by Hjh. Rohani Tengah, who had attended 157 hours of training in 2004.
