Customer Service And PR Seminar

Begawan - About 37 personnel from the Language and Literature
Bureau (DBP) attended a customer service and public relations seminar,
which was held at the Language and Literature Bureau.
Guest speaker for the seminar was Ms
Jennifer Kang from The Empire Hotel & Country Club.
Also present at the seminar was Haji
Abu Bakar bin Hj Zainal, Director of the Language and Literature
Bureau.
Among the objectives of the seminar
were to provide appropriate methods on how to serve customers and
meeting public needs in the library. --
