Bandar Seri Begawan - It was a memorable moment for the participants of a Cooperative Law Course when His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei took a closer look at the course being conducted by the Cooperative Division of BINA yesterday.

Thirty participants were attending the course.
