Local Company Donates Over $11,000 To KB Tsunami Fund

Kuala Belait - The Belait District Fund for tsunami victims yesterday morning received a contribution of more than $11,800 from a local company at the Belait District Office.

The donation in form of a cheque worth $11,822.50 was presented Malai Haji Abdul Hamid bin Malai Haji Mashor, the Chairman of the Malai Mashor General Contractor Company Sendirian Berhad, DAto Paduka Haji Mohamlmad Yusof, to the district officer, who is also the chairman of the tsunami fund.

So far, the Belait District Fund for the tsunami victims collected a total of $149,195.44 -- Courtesy of Radio Television Brunei
