World Scout Foundation Chairman In Brunei

Bandar Seri Begawan - Persekutuan Pengakap Negara Brunei Darussalam recently welcomed Dr Eberhard von Koerber, the Chairman of World Scout Foundation in Geneva, , who arrived in the Sultanate last Friday for a two-day visit.

Upon arrival at the airport, Dr Eberhard was received by the President of Persekutuan Pengakap Negara Brunei Darussalam, Pehin Dato Hj Ali Bin Hj Md Daud.

In the afternoon, Dr Eberhard paid a visit to the National Scouts Association headquarters in Beribi.

There, he had meeting with Awang Hj Zainal Abidin Penghulu Hj Ibrahim, the Chief National Commissioner, and several officials from the Brunei Scouts Association.

During the meeting, Dr Eberhard was given a briefing on the organisation and its activities. Dr Eberhard also toured the headquarters and mingled with the staff and scout members who were conducting activities at the time.
