Local Teenager Charged For Stealing Gas Cylinder

Bandar Seri Begawan - A 19-year-old local appeared before the Bandar Magistrate's Court yesterday for allegedly stealing a gas cylinder from a restaurant in the capital in January this year.

No plea was taken.

Mohd Redzman bin Roslan, together with Zulazmi bin Haji Zakaria, was charged with stealing a gas cylinder at Fathul Razali restaurant, Jalan Robert.

Stealing is an offence under Section 379 of the Penal Code, Chapter 22 that carries a jail term of up to three years, or a fine, or both.
