Diplomats In Brunei Grateful To Pehin Dato Hazair

Bandar Seri Begawan - The Heads of Diplomatic Missions in Brunei have expressed their gratitude to Pehin Dato Paduka Haji Hazair bin Haji Abdullah, Permanent Secretary at the Prime Minister's Office, for graciously accepting their invitation to the luncheon-talk they co-hosted at the Airport Restaurant last Wednesday.

Pehin Hazair gave a very interesting and comprehensive presentation on Brunei's programme to promote egovernment.

He discussed the key drivers of e-government in Brunei as well as the challenges and opportunities the Brunei government faces in promoting egovernance.

German Ambassador Conrad Karl Capell organised the e-government on behalf of the Heads of Missions.

Every three months, the Heads of Mission invite ministers and senior officials of His Majesty's Government as well as leading businessmen and personalities to share with them topics that are of mutual interest and relevance.
