Local Fingerprint Experts Aid Thailand In Identifying Tsunami Victims

Bandar Seri Begawan – By consent of His Majesty the Sultan of Brunei, the Royal Brunei Police Force sent two of its fingerprint experts to Thailand to assist in identifying tsunami victims using the 'Automatic Fingerprint Identification System'.

Both police personnel are in Phuket, Thailand to assist in identifying the fingerprints of tsunami victims there.

Haji Muhamad Limon bin Ahmad Kumpoh, Assistant Superintendent of Police, and Corporal Mohammad Hanafi bin Haji Mohidin are stationed at the Centre of Operation for Disaster Victim Identification, in Phuket, Thailand.  -- Courtesy of Radio Television Brunei
