Bad Effects Of Smoking Highlighted

Bandar Seri Begawan - Eradicating smoking habits among school students and enforcing smoking ban at school premises is the main objective of the Anti-Smoking Camp being organised by the Sharif Ali Secondary School in Kampong Salambigar.

It brought together members of the school's uniformed student groups.

More than 100 students comprising of Girl Guides, Red Crescent, Armed Forces Cadets and the Police Cadets are participating in the camp.

The four-day camp also invited the participation of students at the Pengiran Anak Puteri Masna Secondary School of Lambak Kanan and the Berakas Secondary School.

Apart from physical activities, the students will also hear talks on the bad effects and the consequences of smoking.
