Brunei Scouts in Labuan jamboree

Brunei Darussalam Scouts
Association contingent during activities.
The 1st Jamboree of Federal State of
Labuan Scouts Association was officially opened yesterday afternoon at
the Dataran Labuan by the Deputy Minister in The Prime Minister's
Office of Malaysia, Dato Seri Tengku Azlan Ibni Sultan Abu Bakar.
Brunei Darussalam Scouts Association was invited to take part in the
jamboree in conjunction with the 70th Anniversary of the Federal State
of Labuan Scouts Association.
The jamboree until June 3 features
scouting activities such as flying fox, abseiling, obstacle course as
well as a cultural show from the participating contingents.
More than 1300 scouts are
representing Sabah, Sarawak, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Brunei
Darussalam as well as the host, the Federal State of Labuan.
The guest of honour visited the
camping site at International Sea Sports Complex field. Dato Seri
Tengku Azlan also took a closer look at the Brunei Darussalam Scouts
Association contingent's camp site and activities and mingled around
with the contingent's members.
