Teachers At Arab Language Teaching Workshop

Bandar Seri Begawan - The Sekolah Menengah Sultan Hassan Arab Language Department is currently holding an Arab Language Teaching workshop at Dewan Penghayatan of Institute Perkhidmatan Awam.

The workshop is held to enhance the teaching practices of heads of departments and teachers, ensuring it are in line with the 21s' Century Education System.

Twenty-eight teachers from throughout the Sultanate attended the first of the three-day workshop yesterday, with the remaining two workshops scheduled to be held today and on July 26.

Facilitating the workshop are Hajijah binti Haji Moktal and Siti Marjiana binti Haji Awang Mohammad.

Among others, the workshop provides the opportunity for participants to share their experiences on ways to handle students lacking interest in learning the Arabic language. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
