Nursing Students Present Report On
Their Trip To Vietnam

Begawan - Sixteen participants (both students and teachers)
from the Pengiran Anak Puteri Rashidah Sa'adatul Bolkiah College of
Nursing went on an educational trip to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
As part of their project, they were
required to deliver a report on their trip at the Jubilee Hall of
the college on Saturday. Present as the guest of honour was Dr Hj
Abd Hamit bin Hj Musa, Acting Director of Nursing Services, Ministry
of Health.
The purpose of their visit was both
social and technical. They visited a number of historical landmarks,
including the underground lair of the military during the Vietnam
War, which happened over 30 years ago; Prenn Waterfall, the largest
waterfall in Vietnam; Xuan Huong Swan Lake in Dalat; and the Bao Dai
Summer Palace.
To fulfil the educational aspect of
their visit, they visited the Ho Chi Minh City University of
Medicine, the Cho Ray Clinical Practical Hospital, the Health Care
Training Centre HCMC and the Hung Vuong Hospital.
The presentation was followed by a
traditional Vietnamese dance performance and a presentation of
