Treasure Hunt This Sunday
By Amin Hosni
Bandar Sire
Begawan - NBT (Brunei) Sdn Bhd will be flagging off the 11th
NBT Treasure Hunt, on Sunday, July 8 2007, from the International
Convention Centre (ICC), Berakas.
NBT
aims to create an enjoyable fun-filled Sunday morning for the family
and friends of Toyota and Lexus owners who purchased their vehicles
from NBT, foster goodwill and friendship among the participants of
the Hunt, and encourage them to be better acquainted with Brunei
Darussalam, said Ninan Chacko, NBT Managing Director.
"This year's Treasure Hunt is
bigger and better than ever. It is more fun-and activity-packed from
the word `go' and there are lots of attractive prizes up for grabs
too. An estimated 200 vehicles with a minimum of two to a maximum of
four persons per vehicle (about 800 participants) are expected to
participate in the highly anticipated thrills, spills and adventure
- all hallmarks of NBT's Treasure Hunt, come this time of the year,"
said Haji Shahrum Haji Kadir, NBT General Sales Manager. His
division is orchestrating the hunt. First prize is a
three-days/two-nights holiday package to Sydney, 2nd prize is a
three-days/two-nights holiday package to Dubai, and 3rd prize is a
three-days/two-nights holiday package to Bangkok. The number of
prizes in each category will depend on the number of participants in
each winning team. There are other prizes to be won, apart from
prizes for the many quizzes and games that NBT is lining up for
participants, he said.
The responses from Toyota and Lexus
owners have been overwhelming. Qualified owners will be accommodated
until 4pm, Friday, July 6 2007, or until the goody bags run-out,
whichever comes first, NBT said.
