Joint Venture Agreement Guide For Smes On BEDB Website

Bandar Seri Begawan - The Brunei Economic Development Board installed the 'SME Framework Joint Venture Agreement' on its official website since early this month.

The framework is a guide for SMEs when considering the kind of issues to be aware of in forming joint ventures.

It illustrates a typical structure for creating a business joint venture and highlights common issues and some approaches used to deal with those issues.

Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are told different joint ventures have their own unique circumstances, issues, and challenges that will require a unique set of solutions, achieved through negotiations and consensus by parties involved.
