welcoming speech at the opening ceremony of a three-day programme on
the Dale Carnegie course, "Strictly Business," which started yesterday
at its Sukma Indera Hall in Gadong.
The programme is expected to see the
attendance of 28 senior officers from government departments as well
as executives and managers from various agencies or corporations, who
seek to add more value to their respective organisations by maximising
their performance and become strong leaders.
