Mouth-watering Middle Eastern
cuisine at the Millennium Restaurant

Middle Eastern cuisine available at the
Millennium Restaurant in Gadong.
Millennium Restaurant in Gadong has
recently launched its nightly Middle Eastern buffet.
According to Mr Galvin Lai, Acting
Catering Manager of the Restaurant, the 'value for money' dinner
buffet is priced at B$16.80 nett per adult and $7.80 nett per child.
The introduction of the Middle
Eastern buffet follows the success of the well-received 'Peranakan'
buffet which was introduced last month.
The Middle Eastern buffet starts with
the 'Soup of the Day' which is the Lentil Cream Soup.
Appetisers
include the Falafel, Shawarma, Greek Salad and Stuffed Vegetables with
Minced Lamb Meat.
The buffet's main course are the
famous mouth-watering Arabic Rice served with Mince Lamb & Crush
Almond, Chicken Melokhia, Lamb & Chicken in skewers and Beef Bahmia.
Tantalising
desserts for the Middle Eastern buffet include Walnut Cakes, Halva,
Rizogalo Rice Pudding and Loukoumathis. The menu at the carving
station changes daily from roast chicken and roast lamb to grilled
fish.
For lunch, diners will only need to
pay B$9.80 for the Middle Eastern buffet.
