Fitness Zone sheds light on path
to good health

Fitness Zone - one of the
participating companies at the Health Exhibition currently being held
at ICC - has several activities lined up to promote a healthy
lifestyle.
Held in conjunction with the
'National Convention on Health Promotion 2004' the expo has seen,
among others, Fitness Zone Instructor Jake delivering a special
fitness talk themed 'Healthy Lifestyle for All' and hip-hop aerobics
demonstration classes for the public to participate in.
The Fitness Zone booth - which runs
between 9 am and 5pm until August 1 - also offers visitors a free
5-minute fitness test that includes a special fat percentage analysis.
In addition, visitors will be able to
try out the hi-tech fitness equipment such as the Star Trac
treadmills, upright bike, spinning bike or natural runner.
According to Josephine, a Fitness
Zone staff, members of the public can also enjoy a complimentary
5-minute trial on the express massage chairs from Spa Zone.
By completing forms provided, they
can also participate in a one-day trial at Fitness Zone on any
particular day, free of charge.
Meanwhile, Fitness Zone is currently
extending its promotional $58 registration fee due to public demand.
