Royal Greetings To Egypt On National Day

Bandar Seri Begawan - His Majesty the Sultan of Brunei Darussalam has sent congratulatory messages to President Mohamed Hosni Mubarak and the Prime Minister Dr. Ahmed NaziŁ on the occasion of the National Day of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

His Majesty expressed his satisfaction with the warm and friendly relations and deep understanding that had so long been established between Brunei Darussalam and the Arab Republic of Egypt.

He Sultan prayed to Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala that President Mubarak would always remain in good health and happiness and for the people of the Arab Republic of Egypt to enjoy continued progress and prosperity.

He also congratulated the Prime Minister, Dr. Ahmed Nazif, and the government and people of the Arab Republic of Egypt on the occasion of the National Day.

Meanwhile, HRH Prince Mohamed Bolkiah, Minister of Foreign Affairs, sent a similar congratulatory message to Ahmed Ahul Gheit, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Arab Republic of Egypt,. and to the people of Egypt on their National Day.

Prince Mohamed said he appreciates the long-standing friendship and cooperation enjoyed by Brunei and the Arab Republic of Egypt.
