RTB And RTM Launch Youth Quatrain Programme

Bandar Seri Begawan – Radio Television Brunei and Radio Television Malaysia have launched another joint radio programme production under an existing Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).

The new programme, third Pantun Remaja or Youth Quatrain Programme, made its recording yesterday in one of RTB's radio studios.

Participating in the recording of the 'Pantun Remaja RTB/RTM 2004' programme were three students from Berakas Secondary school and three from Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Jejarum Selangor, Malaysia.

Pantun Remaja has further enhanced the mutual cooperation between Brunei and Malaysia in the field of broadcasting.

It is open to youths from both nations to enliven the Malay traditional cultural heritage among them.

The programme is also aired simultaneously as an annual project of both broadcasting sta tions. -- Courtesy of Radio Television Brunei
