RBA Offers Electronic Ticketing
For Passengers In Brisbane, Auckland
Bandar Seri
Begawan – Royal Brunei Airlines (RBA) has introduced Electronic
Ticketing (e-Ticketing) to some of its routes as an added convenience
to its customers.
Starting July 5, passengers
travelling between Brunei, Brisbane and Auckland have the option of
using this new service when they book online or through the airline's
ticket offices in these cities.
E-Ticketing provides customers with
greater flexibility and efficiency in booking, ticket issuance and
check-in.
Once a booking is confirmed, all
travel details will be stored in the airline's reservation system.
A copy of the itinerary and receipt
of payment may then be conveniently e-mailed or faxed to customers.
Online customers will have access to
their itinerary at the time of booking. Upon check-in, passengers just
need to present their passport and the itinerary to collect their
boarding pass.
With e-Ticketing, passengers need not
worry about losing or misplacing their ticket. Any lost or misplaced
itineraries can be easily replaced free of charge.
E-ticketing will be introduced to
Hong Kong on July 21 and Kuala Lumpur on August 1. Other routes will
follow shortly.
Royal Brunei Airlines is pleased to
undertake this initiative which corresponds with the e-Government
programme of His Majesty's government, and anticipates that its
customers will benefit from this new enhancement.
