Nakhoda Ragam holds orientation
for Intake 18

A total of 58 new Nakhoda Ragam
Vocational School students yesterday underwent an orientation
programme held at the school's multi purpose hall.
The students of Intake 18 are
undertaking courses in National Trade Certificate 2 for Electrical,
Electronics and Carpentry, as well as National Trade Certificate 3 for
Plumbing and Pipefitting.
In her speech, Principal Cikgu Hjh
Saipah Nur'asyuraa binti Muhammad Marak advised students to fully
utilise the opportunity to study, and to make use of the expertise
gained throughout their studies. This is for their betterment as well
as to contribute to the country's economy.
Following this, the new intake
recited a pledge led by prefects.
New student Md Khairol Azlan bin Aris
expressed enthusiasm at the opportunity of pursuing the National Trade
Certificate 3 for Plumbing and Pipefitting course. Meanwhile, Md
Khairol of Sayyidina Abu Bakar Secondary School said he would perform
his best during the one-and-a- half year course.
The two-day orientation will see
students attending talks and partaking in numerous activities.
