Kampong Ayer Students On ISB Tour
Bandar Seri
Begawan - Kampong Ayer students from Sekolah Rendah Pengiran
Anak Puteri Besar recently visited Year 4 students at ISB.
They were greeted at the ISB gate
with posters made especially for the visit. The ISB 4B students were
divided into three groups.
One class took one group of visitors
to the 4B room where they were taught Hokey Kokey, a song with lots of
English phrases and actions.
Another class did the opposite; they
sang a Malay song, while the third group did an activity involving
sign language.
The best pert was "a major banquet, a
true glorious feast, which satisfied the taste buds," the hosts said.
"We had all brought in cakes,
biscuits, sausage rolls and a variety of other things, including ice
cream. So we munched and crunched until we could eat no more," said
the 4B students.
They went to the music room and
watched a series of plays with morals performed by 41.
The first play was "The Boy Who Cried
Croc," the second, "Princess Patricia," and the third, "Mickey's World
Of Madness."
A student from Sekolah Rendah
Pengiran Anak Puteri Besar made a farewell speech to the Year 4 hosts
and presented them with a beautiful souvenir.
When it was time for the Kampong Ayer
students to go, the ISB students shouted goodbye
"We had a smashing time and made a
lot of friends so we're going to treasure the day forever. It has been
a great day but every day has to end," the 4B students said. --
