The 2nd Battalion of the Royal Brunei Land Forces emerged champions in the Orienteering Competition for Land Forces Division in Kg Dadap, Mukim Kilanas yesterday.

The Commander of the Royal Brunei Armed Land Forces, Pehin Colonel Dato Paduka Hj. Abdu'r Rahmani bin Dato Paduka Hj Basir, was the guest of honour at the finals.

The event was held to unearth new talents to represent the Land Forces in the upcoming Royal Brunei Armed Forces Sports event.

Units which took part in the competition were the 1st, 2nd, 3rd Battalions of Royal Brunei Land Forces and the Support Battalion Royal Brunei Land Forces.

Prizes were presented by the guest-of-honour.
