Auditions for ‘Live 2 Tracks' to begin soon

The 'Live 2 Tracks' solo song competition, organised by Jerudong Park & Country Club, Kristal FM and Soundbox Events, will enliven the ongoing festive month in conjunction with His Majesty's birthday.

Auditions will commence on the 19th, 20th and 21st of July at JPCC Polo Restaurant. The competition is open to those who are at least 15 years old and not more than 35 years of age as of July 30, 2004.

This year's competition will see 10 finalists who will sing in Malay. The finals will be held at the JPCC Amphitheatre on August 21. During the final round, members of the public will play judge, where they can to vote via SMS.

The finalists, which will be decided by judges during the semi-finals on the 1st and 2nd of August, will have the opportunity to record one song through Soundbox Events. Their songs would then be aired on Kristal FM until the finals (August 21).

Kristal FM listeners will have the chance to vote for their favourite finalist's song.

Application forms to participate in the competition are available at all DST counters, Golden Music Centre Outlets and JPCC Polo Club. Entries should be forwarded to the event organiser by 4pm, July 17.
