Bandar Seri Begawan - The Visiting Justices for the Women's Prison Institution attended a meeting held at the Bukit Pantai Hall Conference Room of the Jerudong Prison Department, yesterday.

The Deputy Director of Prisons, Awang Hj Abd Manan bin Hj Abd Rahman was on hand to chair the meeting, which was held to discuss the upcoming visits by the Justices scheduled for the year 2009.

A briefing on the roles and functions of the Women's Prison Institution was also delivered by Acting Superintendent Dk Roslinawati bte Pg Hj .0mar, - Officer-in-Charge of the women’ prison.

The meeting was attended by newly elected Visiting Justices, which compromised Penghulus, Village Heads, Senior Government Officers as well as Managers of Private Companies. After the meeting, the Visiting Justices were taken on a x
