Bandar Seri Begawan - Vehicle registration numbers beginning from KS11 to KS 9999 are now available for highest bidders, according to the Land Transport Department, who have invited members of the public to submit their bids from Monday, January 5.

According to the department, tender forms are to be submitted using a four by nine inch envelope, labelled "Car Registration Tender" or "Tawaran Bilangan Pendaftaran" on the top left corner. It should also contain the desired registration number, the bidding amount, and the bidder's personal details that must include their full name, address, IC number, and contact details, as well as a cover fee of $25.

The minimum amount for each bid must be no less than $100.

Interested parties can obtain the tender forms and other details regarding the tender from the department's head office in Jalan Beribi or at any

of its branches in the Brunei-Muara and Belait Districts.

Tenders must be submitted to the Tender Box, at the ground floor of the Land Transport Department in Jalan Beribi, Gadong, no later than 11 am on January 31. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
