Winners Of Colours Of Brunei Photography Contest

Bandar Seri Begawan - The Colours of Brunei (COB) photography competition, which was announced July 31 last year, has come to a successful close with Haji Kahan bin Haji Nasir emerging as the winner of the contest, followed by Kahirol Mahdi bin Haji Sahrin and A Jinnidi bin Haji Mahali in the second and third places respectively.

Commenting on the entries, Rakan-Tiga Media and Crisnobel, the event coordinators for COB2006, said, "Most are very creative and remarkably taken with great enthusiasm and passion.

This is the true purpose of Colours of Brunei 2006 to showcase the passion and enthusiasm of photography in Brunei."

The event coordinators of COB2006 also congratulated the winners for their remarkable achievements. A prize giving ceremony will be announced at a later date.-- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
