Ministry Of Home Affairs Hands Out `Korban' Meat

Bandar Seri Begawan – The Ministry of Home Affairs held a sacrificial ceremony yesterday in conjunction with Hari RayaAidil Adhaat the Multi-purpose Hall of the Fire Services Department, Old Airport.

Present at the event as guest of honour to distribute the meat was Minister of Home Affairs, Pehin Dato Paduka Haji Adanan.

Before the distribution of meat, a welcoming speech was delivered by chairman of the event, Haji Othman bin Haji Abd Ghafar.

Also present at the ceremony were Deputy Minister of Home Affairs, Pehin Dato Paduka Awg Hj Dani, and the Permanent Secretary as well as Deputy Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Home Affairs. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
