Shell Helix Invitational Golf Meet

Bandar Seri Begawan – Pehin Dato Ustaz Hj Awang Badaruddin bin Pengarah Dato Paduka Hj Othman clinched the overall champion trophy of the Shell Helix Invitational Golf 2006 at the Empire Hotel and Country Club yesterday afternoon.

Second place went to Rtd Colonel Abdul Aziz followed by Hong Kok Seng in third spot.

During the prize presentation, Pg Hj Yasmin bin Pg Hj Mohamad, Managing Director of BSM in his welcoming speech highlighted the aim of the tournament which is to enhance greater understanding among the participants and to help develop better networking from government agencies to various industries.

He also added that from the business point of view, 2005 has been a good year for BSM thanks to positive business climate in the country. BSM have been able to grow its business and increase overall profitability.

Around 95 golfers took part in the annual tournament organised by Brunei Shell Marketing.
