NEM Fitness Opens Its Doors To KB Public

Bandar Seri Begawan – NEM Fitness Gymnasium in Kuala Belait yesterday marked its grand opening with free trials and aerobic sessions for members of the public to enjoy.

Over 50 people showed up for the opening, utilising the wide range of exercise equipment until 4 pm.

Focusing on cardiovascular exercises, the gymnasium provides state-of-the-art equipment such as the popular elliptical, treadmills, ab machines, leg extension and stepper.

According to owner Hjh Naemah bte Hj Mahran, the fitness centre is also offering personalised training programmes for weight lost, fitness maintenance and toning of muscles. Customers will then be provided a one-on-one training session with a personal trainer, diet monitoring and be shown the proper technique executions.

The fitness centre offers daily aerobic sessions and group exercises such as Aerodance, TaeBo and Cardio Latin.

For the grand opening, NEM Fitness is offering a group charge promotion.

To top it off, the registration fee will be waived for customers who enrol within the next two weeks.
