Back to school, back to business

School canteen operators are back in
business following the month-long, end of school term break. These
operators are reminded to make use of healthy products as well as to
limit the use of both oil and salt in their dishes, so as to control
obesity among students. In addition, hygiene must also be strictly
practised to keep diarrhoea and stomach bugs at bay.
