Flash Flood Hits Penapar Tutong

Tutong - Several roads in the Penapar Ukong area of the Tutong District were hit by flash floods due to the continuous rain on Friday evening.

According to residents, the flood was nothing new in the area, but Friday's downpour was considered to be one of the heaviest.
