Call To Display Quality Products At Bazaars, Expos

Bandar Seri Begawan - Unless quality products are displayed, bazaars and expos will not see a lot of visitors.

This was highlighted by observers after an arts and craft bazaar held at the Bumiputera Trade Exhibition Centre ended yesterday.

They called for more quality products to be displayed at future bazaars and expos.

"Some exhibitions held over the years were not up to consumers' satisfaction. If organisers want more visitors to visit their exhibitions, they should listen to what consumers want," they said.

On another note, observers voiced their concerns that some merchants were selling counterfeit products at bazaars.

"Our market has been inundated with copies of original items such as watches, handbags and wallets," they claimed. "Consumers do not want to see such products exhibited in expos and bazaars." -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
