Be Early Bird Says RBA

Bandar Seri Begawan - In its ongoing efforts to improve on departure times, Royal Brunei Airlines (RBA) wishes to remind its passengers that its check-in counters at the Brunei International Airport are open three hours before flight departure.

Effective February 1, 2004, passengers are advised to check in at least two hours before departure in order to allow sufficient time to process their check-in, according to an RBA Press Release.

Check-in counters will close 45 minutes before departure, after which no boarding passes will be issued.

RBA also advises its passengers to reach the boarding gate at least twenty minutes before the flight departs in order to avoid missing their flight. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
