Auditing course

Some 33 civil servants from division 2 and 3 under-went a management auditing course at the Civil Service Institute in Rimba from January 26 - 29, the third of its kind being held here.

The course, conducted by Prestique Training Development, was organised due to the realisation that management auditing definitely plays a vital role in any organisation as it ensures good economic well-being and the agility to cope with changes. Course facilitator Jusni Yusoff from Kuala Lumpur said an effective management audit provides all level of management an independent appraisal of their operations and assists them in driving for higher levels of efficiency and effectiveness while achieving overall organisational goals. The workshop is designed for executives and officers who are involved in conducting management audits or those who are seeking for alternative techniques to enhance their organisation's operations.
