Drug Addict Sentenced To 3 Years In Prison

Bandar Seri Begawan - Twenty-seven-year-old Johari Hj Moksin was sentenced to three years imprisonment after he pleaded guilty to consuming a class A drug, Methylamphetamine before the Magistrates' Court yesterday.

According to the Narcotics Control Bureau's Prosecuting Officer, Pg Othman Pg Hj Ali, Johan was tested for drugs while undergoing the NCB Supervision Programme and the test came out positive on October 31, 2001 for the class A drug, also known as Syabu.
