Belait Govt Offices Spruced Up

Kuala Belait - In an ongoing effort to keep a clean and healthy environment, the Belait District Offce organised a voluntary campaign to clean the government office buildings and its surroundings yesterday, RT B reported.

The campaign involved two main buildings, housing 16 government departments. The Belait district, which serves as the Head Office of government department in the district, in a press release stated that it was the responsibility of the government agencies in the district to portray a good image and set an example to tourists and visitors wishing to have business dealings with the government.

The cleaning campaign was participated by senior government officers and staff members from government agencies in the district.
