The race required the use of participants' own vehicles and tested the strengths of minds of participants as well as their physical endurance and stamina as they covered three districts - Brunei/Muara, Tutong and Belait - for a duration of eight hours.

The participants were required to rush to the designated checkpoints to get the clues and proceed to the next.

There were a total of 11 checkpoints scattered around the three districts.

In addition, participants were required to perform a number of physical tasks such as running, bowling, flying fox, monkey pass, pizza-eating and so on.

The race started at ITB at 8 am and ended at the Jerudong Park Playground at 4 pm.
