JIS students' gesture

In an effort to help the unfortunate
ones, Year 4 students at the Jerudong International School (JIS)
recently sent Hari Raya gifts to a school in the village of Cisarua in
West Java, Indonesia. Their gesture was inline with one of the topics
that they have been studying entitled 'Thinking Of Others'. The Year 4
students have been learning about the village of Cisarua with the
assistance from a parent of one of the students at JIS, Mies Grijns,
who had grown up in the area. The Hari Raya gifts would be delivered
to P4 students of the Cisarua primary school through the courtesy of
the CEO at Royal Brunei Airlines, Mr Peter Foster. Photo shows a boy
