IITSB staff completes two-day
customer service course

The two-day 'Effective Customer
Service Skills Course' attended by twelve participants from Insurance
Islam TAIB Sdn Bhd came to an end Monday.
Organised
by Human Capacity Building (HCB) Consultancy Services, Brunei, the
course was facilitated by Awg Farris Hj Abdul Rahman.
According to HCB Consultancy
Services, the course was specially designed for the new staff of IITSB.

IITSB's Managing Director Dato Paduka Hj Junaidi Bin POKPS Dato Paduka
