Big Book Fair In Brunei Next Month

Bandar Seri Begawan – A nine-day Brunei Book Fair 2004 organised by the Language and Literature Bureau will be launched on February 25.

The Book fair is to mark Brunei’s 20th National Day.

It aims to introduce and sell books and other publications displayed by various booksellers from Malaysia, Indonesia, Jordan and Singapore and local companies.

The Book Fair is also aims at instilling the reading habit and improving the mind.

There will also other events such as talks, forums, dialogues and workshops.

The Book Fair will be held at the Indoor Stadium of the Hassanal Bolkiah Sports Complex in Berakas, near the Brunei capital. -- Courtesy of Radio Television Brunei
