Bandar Seri
Begawan - The national carrier Royal Brunei Airlines announced
on Saturday a Dubai Shopping Festival package from Brunei.
Passengers embarking from here will
only need to pay $757 per person (twin sharing) for a totally robust
buying experience in Dubai, dubbed the shopper's paradise, with over
2,300 retail outlets.
The package started on January 15 and
will end February 15. It is available through travel agents or
directly from Royal Brunei.
The DSF package was one of the
airline's ways of supporing the DSF 2004, a nation famous for
shopping, tourism and entertainment extravaganza.
Apart from a shopping adventure,
visitors to Dubai will also be able to witness side events such as
international fashion shows, street-side performances and other
cultural events that reflect the Emirate's cosmopolitan character.
Apart from flights originating from
Brunei Darussalam, Royal Brunei is also offering passengers
substantial fare savings from key destinations like Kolkata,
Singapore, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, London, Brisbane, Perth, Darwin and
Auckland.
The new set of reduced fares from
popular international destinations of the national carrier to Dubai
also comes with a special offer of one free seat with every ticket
bought in First and Business classes, under the `Buy One, Get One
Free' promotion.
Meanwhile visa requirements for UAE
nationals visiting Brunei have been waived.
