MTSSR students tour Sheraton Utama

Sheraton Utama was pleased to start off the year with a recent visit by Pre-National Diploma Secretarial students in Business and Management from Maktab Teknik Sultan Saiful Rijal.

Accompanied by instructors, they were given a tour of the public areas and rooms as well as heart of house operations by Sales and Public Relations Executive Christina Yan as well as Human Resources Manager Irene Shim.

Some of the course's requirements are learning about workplace environments as well as health or safety procedures, which were highlighted by the hotel.

Upon completion of this tour, the visitors thanked Sheraton Utama and their associates for extending hospitality and sharing knowledge of the industry's office practices.
