ACWW delegates leave today

Indonesian Ambassador to Brunei
Darussalam Yusbar Djamil last night hosted a dinner for Indonesian
delegates who are currently in the country attending the 7th Area
Conference Associated Country Women of The World (ACWW) for South East
Asia & Far East, hosted by Brunei Darussalam.
The delegation was led by Ibu Sri
Sayekti Roesbiyanto, head of the Indonesian Women Association (PERWARI
).
At the dinner, the ambassador
expressed happiness and appreciation with the active participation of
the Indonesian delegation during the meets. He also briefed them on
the Indonesian community in the Sultanate, saying that there is a
workforce of 30,000 Indonesians in Brunei.
While in the country from January 11
to 16, the delegation had the opportunity to participate in various
activities and visit several places of interest, including the
Information Department, Oil and Gas Discovery Center in Seria and Kg
Ayer.
The delegation will leave the country
today.
