250 Out Of 2,057 Qualify At Beribi Arabic Prep School

Bandar Seri Begawan – Fifty new students were registered at the Beribi Arabic Preparatory School in Gadong yesterday.

Of the total 2,057 candidates from throughout the country, who sat for the Arabic School examination, only 250 were selected to study at the school.

According to Dayang Hajah Fatimah Binti Haji Ahmad, head mistress of the Beribi Arabic Preparatory School, the school teaches Malay and English aside from Arabic as the principal language. -- Courtesy of Radio Television Brunei
