Three Foreigners Held For Four-Digit Gambling Slips

Bandar Seri Begawan – Three foreigners were released on bail for $2,000 after being detained on Saturday night at the Limau Manis Police Station for having four-digit gambling numbers.

Their cases were brought before the court on the same day and the hearing will be fixed later.

The police stopped a car at Kampong Parit area suspected oeople in it in having

the four digit number lists.

Following the incident, the police carried out investigations on the home of a foreigner at Kampong Batu Ampar and found the result lists of the four-digit numbers and some cash.

Because of the information collected from the detained man, the police also investigated the house of a couple at Ban Enam in Kampong Kilanas and found that they were also in possession of four-digit numbers.
