DBP to hold book fair

The Language and Literature Bureau (DBP), Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports, will be organising the Book Fair 2004 in conjunction with the 20th National Day.

DBP Public Relation Officer Siti Zaleha Hj Kaprawi said the exhibition, which is an annual event, will take place from February 25 till March 3 at the Indoor Stadium, Hassanal Bolkiah Sports Complex in Berakas.

She said some seventy booths will be available at the fair, dubbed the largest gathering of local and regional book dealers, distributors, publishers and vendors to cater for the reading needs of book enthusiasts, students and the general public. Interested book, ICT and related exhibitors can collect application forms at the DBP reception counter, which must be returned by the end of the week.
