The seminar is expected to be participated by heads of departments as well as senior executives and officials from public and private sectors.

The press release also stated that AEMC had invited P. Palaniappan to conduct the course. Palaniappan is an experienced consultant in training, consulting project management, leadership, strategic management and change management for companies with regional operations in Asia Pacific and Indonesian State Government.

The key topics that will be delivered by Palaniappan include: nature of change; business changes; and triggers of business change.
